Road freight service links Middle East and Africa

The digital road freight platform Saloodo is expanding its services between the Middle East and North and Northeast Africa; it now offers overland connections, called BeduConnect, between the nations in the CCASG and Egypt, Libya and Sudan. The member states of the CCASG, the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (the former Gulf Cooperation Council GCC) are Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

BeduConnect is available for full truck-loads and comes with all of Saloodo’s well-known features. The digital platform simplifies the search for suitable forwarders, so that the right partners can be found more quickly from a network of verified forwarders. In addition, the platform recommends a transport price based on current market data. (ben)
