Rhineland project in progress
Construction work is underway for a 22,300 sqm logistics centre which Garbe Industrial Real Estate is developing in Rheinberg, around 25 km northwest of Duisburg in central Germany.
The future tenant, the Rudolph Logistics Group, an internationally active logistics provider headquartered in Gudensberg in northern Hesse, employs around 4,500 people at 42 locations worldwide.
Four months after the start of construction, the roofing ceremony was held last week. The Hamburg-based real estate specialist is investing EUR 16.6 million in the project.
The new building, in which the Rudolph Logistics Group will provide contract logistics services for Daimler Truck in the future, is scheduled for completion in October of this year. (sh)
