Rhenus: latest acquisition in Spain
The Rhenus Group has acquired Aduanas Alié. The Spanish company also provides customs services in Morocco and the Maghreb. Rhenus Logistics Spain is thus reinforcing its operations involving traffic flows with Morocco, a market considered as strategic for the group.
This commitment has been in place since 2008, through the logistics services provided by Rhenus and, particularly, after the inauguration of its office in Tangier, the first on the African continent, in 2015.
The new unit will report to Andreu Gutiérrez, country sales director road of Rhenus Logistics in Spain. Jordi Alié, the managing director of Aduanas Alié, and his staff remain in place. (sh)
