Reverse logistics becomes a fashion
Global logistics company Geodis is adding returns management to its range of e-commerce services. Retailers and e-merchants can now make use of the group's end-to-end technological and logistical solution covering the entire value chain, from order orchestration to product returns management, available all over Europe.
These services include the declaration of consumer returns, product collection and identification, and delivery of the items back into stock.
Geodis has commissioned the French start-up Shop Run Back, which runs a white-label returns management platform in approx. 100 countries, to provide the digital software for this product. (sh) www.shoprunback.com
