Rental fleet to be expanded
The Austrian Schwarzmueller group intends to expand its rental fleet by 15%. The company thus plans to deploy around 1,600 vehicles in Central and Eastern Europe in 2020. The strategy for the rental fleet will be brought closely into line with the company’s management of commercial utility vehicles.
In both business fields, customers can rely on vehicles with first-class equipment; mere standard vehicles will be increasingly phased out, Schwarzmueller said. The company offers a comprehensive range of very diverse models for the construction and infrastructure industries in particular.
As one of the few large manufacturers of traction vehicles in Europe, Schwarzmueller runs its own rental fleet of new vehicles that come directly from the production lines and are used for this purpose for a maximum of three years. (ben)
