Recca going solo at Inproreal
The property consultancy specialist Inproreal has changed its top management. With effect from the end of May 2019, Samuel Recca became sole managing director. Julius Bickel, the company’s co-founder, requested to step down for personal reasons. His departure was by mutual agreement.
After working together for two years and closing contracts for 130,000 sqm of hall space and plots of land for industry, production and logistics, Recca intends to continue positioning Inproreal as an agile real estate consultancy.
He said: “I deeply regret that co-founder Julius Bickel isn’t staying on. However, I am looking forward to developing our joint idea and motivate new Inproreal clients.” (mw)
