Rail shippers gathering in Chicago
The North American Rail Shippers Association (Nars) will hold its annual meeting from 7-9 May at the Swissôtel in Chicago.
Under the theme of ‘A Time for Resilience’ the event will gather leaders from the shipping, regulatory, supplier and carrier sectors to exchange insights on the railway industry. The event includes presentations from senior executives, industry experts and a special networking tour exploring Chicago’s history and local pizzerias.
Nars will also award 2025 scholarships to students pursuing careers related to transport. Early pricing is available until 10 April and hotel group rates are valid until 15 April. (js)
