Quantron and GTL plan digital platform
Michael Perschke, CEO of Quantron, has been appointed to the board of directors of Goldstone Technologies Limited (GTL), a consultancy specialising in full-stack business intelligence, data analytics and IT services.
Quantron and GTL are forming a joint venture (JV) called Roqit to develop a digital platform for the Quantron-as-a-Service (QaaS) offering.
Quantron will use the digital platform as an enabler for its 360° ecosystem for its customers and GTL will act as a development partner to provide the software and manage the integration of the bespoke platform.
The new software will enable an AI-driven SaaS-based tool that serves as both a transactional and customer-facing platform, containing, inter alia, a user interface for fleet performance measurement. (cj)
