QSL takes over food logistics

The family-run company Kochlöffel has contracted Meyer Quick Service Logistics (QSL) to take over the operative purchasing, bundling, storage and delivery of its entire product range over the coming six years. The companies signed a contract to this effect in the autumn. The contract will run until the end of 2026.

With its time-tested one-stop-shop-distribution model, the Friedrichsdorf-based multi-temperature specialist will also be in charge of all tasks involving the management of the supply chain, up to and including complaint management vis-à-vis suppliers.

The German snack bar pioneer welcomed more than eleven million guests in its roughly 90 restaurants across Germany last year. (cd)
