Prologis Europe promotes Sander Breugelmans
Prologis Europe has promoted Sander Breugelmans to head of capital deployment in Europe, effective 1 January 2023. Breugelmans takes over from Joseph Ghazal, who now leads the company’s global capital deployment.
In his new role, Breugelmans will oversee all teams responsible for capital deployment including, amongst other things, land, development, acquisitions, dispositions and fund contributions in the twelve European countries where Prologis operates.
Breugelmans has been with Prologis since 2006. In his most recent position, he was the company's country manager for the Benelux market.
Breugelmans brings 20+ years of expertise and experience in commercial real estate in Europe and USA to the role, specialising in real estate capital markets, logistics real estate, asset management, transaction sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and execution. (cj)
