Swiss freight forwarder Christen Holztransporte from Ennetmoos has invested in its fleet and purchase a new vehicle from Man.
The TGS 26.510 6×2-4LL CH is a robust truck which can carry heavy loads on difficult routes, unpaved forest tracks, gravel roads and narrow serpentines. The fully air-suspended 3-axle truck with a wheelbase of 4,500 mm has a 510 hp D26 engine.
The manually operated vehicle (16 gears, with retarder) is equipped with various Man assistance systems that ensure safety on the road. The truck joins the other three Man vehicles in the wood transporter's fleet. (ben)
