Pfenning takes over HTH Logistics
German provider Pfenning logistics, which was founded in 1932, is acquiring HTH Logistic Solutions with retroactive effect from 1 July 2021. An agreement to this effect was signed in October 2021.
HTH specialises in logistics fulfilment, fashion and e-commerce logistics and logistics for start-ups and has more than 20 years of experience and 60 employees in this sector.
Headed by managing director Marc Ternieden, HTH Logistic Solutions will continue to operate under its own market brand and retain its team and location. Pfenning logistics group already took over Sonima Group in July 2021. (sh)
