Parcels for Gollog's 19th birthday

To celebrate its 19th birthday on 30 January 2020, Gollog, the cargo division of the Brazilian low-cost airline GOL Linhas Aéreas, changed its logo and gave its customers a present: the new delivery service called “Chegol”, ("chegou" means "arrive" in Portuguese) is also open to private individuals who wish to send small parcels of up to 5 kg – clothes, books, electronics, cosmetics, shoes and fashion accessories – on domestic flights within Brazil.

Delivery is guaranteed for parcels dropped off before 18.00 h on the previous day. Initially, the service will operate from the airports of Brasilia, Congonhas, Confins, Curitiba, Guarulhos, Rio de Janeiro (GIG und SDU) and Porto Alegre.

As from 20 March, this offer will be extended across the country. Gollog serves 3,600 cities in Brazil and shipped almost 90,000 t of cargo last year. (ah)
