Paolo Bettazza to head customer service
After more than 29 eventful years at Renault Trucks, most recently as director of customer services, Rudolf Fricker was able to say goodbye to his partners and colleagues at the kick-off meeting of Renault Trucks (Schweiz).
As of this year, Paolo Bettazza will assume Fricker’s responsibilities and his role. Bettaza has been working for the Renault Trucks organisation for over a year now and has been able to prepare himself thoroughly for his new position over the last few months.
With his basic training as a heavy-duty truck mechatronics technician, various further training courses including mechanical engineering, as well as the professional experience he has gained as a design engineer and project manager, Bettaza has the necessary tools to further develop the Renault Trucks organisation.
