Panattoni hands over hub for pet supplies
Industrial and logistics real estate developer Panattoni handed over the new logistics location in Neuruppin to the Fressnapf Group on 18 August 2023. The Fressnapf Group, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, is one of the largest specialist retail chains for pet supplies in Europe.
Panattoni developed the user-specific build-to-suit property on an area of around 83,000 sqm. The new logistics location in the Treskow I commercial and industrial estatein Neuruppin is the eighth in Europe and will serve as a further regional warehouse in future.
Fressnapf now benefits from a strategically favourable location for supplying over 400 stores in the north and east of Germany, Poland and Scandinavia. (mk)
