Panattoni discovering Austria
The US company Panattoni is expanding its footprint in Europe. The developer of industrial and logistics real estate is establishing a branch in the Austrian capital Vienna. The office is opening in February and is managed by project developer Jürgen Winklbauer.
Panattoni already has project approaches in the logistics hotspots of Graz, Linz and Vienna. According to a recent report by the international real estate service provider CBRE, the boom in the logistics real estate market in Austria is continuing, with record values achieved in 2021.
Total investment in the logistics real estate market there amounted to around EUR 440 million in 2021, with around 390,000 m² of logistics space completed. (sh)
