One hour from the German border

Realterm has acquired a last-mile logistics facility in Nijmegen (Netherlands), a mere 18 km from the German border. The site includes a 10,000 sqm logistics space and 3,500 sqm for offices. It also features two-sided loading access, 16 dock doors and two points of ingress and egress. Realterm purchased the facility from M7 Real Estate.

Users will benefit from quick access to Germany as well as to the Arnhem–Nijmegen corridor and the A73 motorway to the region’s inland port. This allows the company to reach around 4 million customers in just an hour’s drive.

Marieke de Jong, Realterm’s head of investments, pointed out that “the development pipeline remains constrained, and the occupier market is showing the signs of stabilisation, so this acquisition positions us to capitalise on the market’s current strength.”
