One for road and load

Nicholas Minde is going back to his roots. He is returning to Kuehne + Nagel in January 2022 to head the logistics provider's European overland operations as senior vice president road load logistics Europe. Minde succeeds Uwe Hoett, who is leaving the company for private reasons - a cold good-bye for the executive who has been in charge of K+N's overland section for more than five years.

It is a quick change for Minde, though, since from August 2021 to December 2021, he was Sennder’s managing director for the DACH region. From 2015 to 2021, he headed German land transport at Kuehne + Nagel Germany. Prior to that, he held various, international management roles at DHL.

Minde will not be based in the group's global headquarters in Switzerland, but join Kuehne + Nagel's European headquarters in Hamburg. (cd)
