On both sides of the Baltic Sea

Täby Air Maintenance (TAM), an independent company founded in 1989 and based in Örebro, Sweden, has delivered a Saab 340B cargo conversion, serial 171, to Nyx Air (Estonia).

Managing director Pär Gulle: "We are pleased to see an increasing interest in general for our cargo conversions, with the Saab 340 being the perfect feeder platform for express cargo carriers as well as other short haul cargo operators. I am glad to say that we have all reason to expect to deliver six - eight cargo converted Saab 340s in 2021, up from earlier predicted four - six conversions."

Tallinn-based Nyx Air, which joined the European Regions Airline Association (ERA) last summer, is a European Acmi, charter and cargo operator founded in 2017. It offers tailor made flights, including cargo services, in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
