Olav Glorvigen joins Cargolux
Olav Glorvigen has been recruited as director global product management by the Luxembourg-based carrier Cargolux.
Glorvigen is a management executive with worldwide hotel and airline expertise in the areas of strategy, product management, sales, market development and global alliance brands. His experience also includes station management, marketing, and quality assurance. An MBA graduate of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Glorvigen previously managed the sales and market development team at Star Alliance's head office looking after the world's leading suite of airline alliance products, within the leisure, MICE and corporate area.
Norwegian by birth, his professional career has already taken him around the globe, including twelve years on the ground in the APAC region. (mw)
