Now present in Sevilla
To better cover services in the provinces of Andalusia and Extremadura Geodis has opened a facility in Sevilla (Spain). The Sevilla office opened for business on 1 October. The new node in Geodis’s network connects to the forwarder’s presence in other Spanish cities, including Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia.
Now both maritime and air transport solutions will be on offer in the south, along with additional services, such as a control tower for oversight, purchase order and vendor management, and emission reporting.
Geodis has been active in Spain for around twenty years. The Sevilla team that joins Geodis’s 350 employees in Spain will report to country manager Ivan Sanchez. (sh)
