New tenant in the north
Germany-based online furniture retailer riess-ambiente.de is relocating its headquarters and warehousing. With the gradual move into the Logistik Park Hamburg Nord (Kaltenkirchen/Nützen), which is part of the Panattoni portfolio, from August 2021, it will finally have approx. 43,000 sqm at its disposal, distributed over two halls, to be used for the storage of all kinds of furniture.
Panattoni is developing Logistik Park Hamburg Nord without pre-letting on a site area of 142,000 sqm. The property is located around 40 km from the Hanseatic city of Hamburg.
In total, five logistics halls with seven units and a total usable area of approx. 56,600 sqm are being built in two construction phases.
The completion of the second construction phase is scheduled for August 2021 and the third construction phase is to be finished by April 2022. 23,100 sqm of usable space spread across three halls are still available for potential tenants. (sh)
