New real estate specialist for Germany
Scannell Properties, an American real estate development and investment company, has hired Thomas Unzen as development manager, Germany. Unzen will be responsible for designing, constructing and implementing building and development projects for the German market.
The new executive can look back on 20 years of experience in project management in the property industry. For instance, he worked for the industrial developer Goodman and retailers such as Metro and Peek & Cloppenburg. Before joining Scannell, Unzen held the role of technical project developer for Goodman Germany.
