New president for Gefco France
Gefco, a global partner in multimodal supply chain solutions and finished vehicle logistics, has named Vittorio Battaglia new president of Gefco France and member of the group's executive board. Previously, he was general director of transport of the FM Logistics Group.
With an experience of more than 20 years in leadership positions in different companies in the field transport and logistics, Battaglia will now focus on promoting the development of Gefco France in all its activities.
Since the start of his career in 1988, Battaglia has taken various roles in many companies. In 2005, for example, he was named general director of the CAT group and then in 2008, he joined the DHL group as general director of DHL France. (amh)
