New intermodal connections from and to Ravenna
Hannibal, Contship Italia’s multimodal transport operator, has recently introduced a new rail connection that links Ravenna to central and northern Europe through Contship’s Rail Hub Milano in Melzo (Italy).
The new train connects Milan and Ravenna three times a week. The train leaves Melzo every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 21.00 h, and the goods arrive in Ravenna at 7.00 h on the next day. First/last mile pick-up/deliveries in Melzo and Ravenna are available on request.
IMO goods, high cube, and containers are accepted and empty depot is available in Melzo. From Melzo, there is also an extended rail connectivity available from and to multiple Italian and European destinations. (ben)
