New CEO for Globaltruck
Globaltruck, a large FTL-trucking company in Russia, has appointed Ilya Sattarov CEO of the Globaltruck group of companies. Sattarov took office on 6 November. Alexander Eliseev, who had successfully managed the company since 2017, became chairman of the board of directors.
Over the last eight years Sattarov has worked on the development of the logistics and supply chain as a member of the management board and deputy CEO of Magnit. He managed warehouse infrastructure, which consisted of 37 distribution centres and a cargo fleet totalling over 5,700 trucks.
In addition to Sattarov, a team of managers have joined Globaltruck. Previously, they were responsible for transportation and warehouse logistics, development and implementation of IT products, supply chain forecasting and management at Magnit. (mw)
