New CEO for Alpega Group
Todd DeLaughter has been appointed as new CEO of the Alpega Group. Acting CEOs, Oswald Werle and Fabrice Maquignon, will retain their seats on the board and support the company’s growth strategy.
DeLaughter was recruited as group CEO with the goal of leveraging the synergies between transport management systems, freight exchanges and tendering solutions. He will focus on innovative SaaS solutions and services that exploit the group’s advantages – namely its large number of connected shippers, customers, carriers and other supply chain partners, as well as the available data.
DeLaughter is an experienced software CEO and has successfully managed, inter alia, the Automic Group’s growth and its acquisition by EQT. DeLaughter will be stationed in Vienna. (mw)
