N Kettering Business Park complete and open for business
St Francis Group, a UK-based property development and investment group, has announced the practical completion and launch of its latest new development – Cransley Park in Kettering.
Situated immediately adjacent to junction 8 of the A14 in Kettering, Cransley Park is a prime new 25,000 sqm business park development situated on an 89,031 sqm gateway site. It comprises of five grade-A specification industrial/warehouse units from 2,300 sqm up to 9,300 sqm.
Speaking about the development St Francis Groups’ development director Gareth Williams said: “We are very proud of what we have achieved at Cransley Park - to have bought back to life an area of Kettering that had previously been the home of heavy industry and transform into this exceptional new grade-A business Park.
