MSK Pharmalogistik finds new location
The family-run pharmaceutical logistics service provider MSK Pharmalogistic from Heppenheim, Germany, is moving into a new location. In the new Panattoni Park Mannheim North, the company is planning a logistics centre certified as GDP (good distribution practice) and GMP (good manufacturing practice) for the storage and handling of pharmaceuticals and medical products. The new tenant will occupy approx. 10,500 sqm of total usable space with a height of 10 m (to bottom of girders).
"The new location doubles our storage capacity," says Simon Hess, managing director of MSK Pharmalogistic. The Panattoni Park Mannheim North in Bensheim is being built on a brownfield site of around 30,000 sqm, which in the past served as a paper and goods warehouse.
Demolition work on the existing buildings began in March 2022, and construction of the new building is scheduled to start in July. Completion is scheduled for February 2023. (sh)
