MSC extends Caribbean network
MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company will introduce a new service between Progreso, Mexico and Freeport, Bahamas. The new service will commence on 7 February 2020.
This launch will extend MSC’s network in the Gulf of Mexico and open new opportunities in the Yucatan region by linking it with Freeport, a transhipment hub offering connections to a number of intercontinental destinations.
The service will operate on weekly basis, calling at Freeport on Mondays and at Progreso on Thursdays. (mw)
