Mozambican forwarder invests in fleet telematics
Lalgy Transports, based in Mozambique, will equip its 730-strong vehicle fleet with a comprehensive telematics solution from MiX Telematics. The group has a diverse fleet that includes 300 super-link side tippers, over 200 flat-deck trucks, fuel tankers and low-bed trailers to haul abnormal cargo.
The company can transport various goods of different sizes and types, from construction equipment to food products, often to remote areas. The solutions that are being implemented will help to streamline logistics across Lalgy’s whole fleet which operates throughout Mozambique and surrounding African countries. (ben)
