More trains due to expanded multimodal partnership
P.O. Scandex is expanding its multimodal transport offering on the France-Benelux-Scandinavia route by increasing its commitment to the trains operated by CFL multimodal. P.Ø Scandex now uses the Lyon - Bettembourg connection on a daily basis, as well as the connections to Ghent and Zeebrugge (both Belgium).
P.O. Scandex and CFL multimodal are also reinforcing their partnership by jointly organising first and last mile transport to/from the intermodal terminals in Lyon (France) and Bettembourg (Luxembourg).
A second pillar of the collaboration is the promotion of the railway connection between Luxembourg and China. The objective of CFL multimodal is to start a weekly rotation with a door-to-door-service from mid-2019. (ben)
