More cool chain for Waberer's
In Hungary, WSZL, an affiliate of Waberer’s International, has inked an acquisition agreement with the logistics and domestic transportation activities of Gyarmati Trans, a logistics company which specialises in refrigerated warehousing and transportation in Eastern Hungary.
The trucking company projects the acquisition to generate an annual revenue of HUF 1 billion (EUR 2.5 million). The transaction is subject to customary anti-trust clearance and is expected to close by the beginning of Q3/2022. (sh)
