MOL's diversification policy scores
In Japan, the Daibiru Corporation, a real estate company and affiliate of MOL, has concluded a contract to acquire trust beneficiary rights for a partial equity interest in the facility ‘Otemachi First Square’.
In its portfolio strategy, the company defined the hedging of risks as one of the pillars of its “rolling plan 2022”, in which sets out its fiscal management objectives for 2022. Thus, the company sees the strengthening of non-shipping business segments such as real estate as a stabilising factor.
