MLP Group strengthens commercial team
Andreas R.W. Wahlen is the new manager for business development & acquisitions at the MLP Group's newly opened location in Cologne. Andreas R.W. Wahlen joined the group in January 2022.
MLP develops, owns and manages high-quality commercial, industrial and logistics parks in Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania that are adapted to the individual requirements of their environment.
Wahlen is well versed in the tools used by financial analysts and investors. His professional experience includes a position as consultant at the Cologne-based commercial real estate consultancy Rhein Real Immobilien. Most recently, he worked as a senior consultant for CBRE in the advisory & transaction services - industrial & logistics division. (cj)
