Metro Supply Chain picks Chris Fenton
Canada-based Metro Supply Chain, founded in 1974, has appointed the highly experienced supply chain expert Chris Fenton to the role of president and CEO, effective 17 August 2022. Fenton will head Metro Supply Chain’s business operations and growth strategy.
Fenton has worked in the supply chain industry and third-party logistics (3PL) operations for 25 years, with experience in managing companies in a wide range of industry sectors and services.
Prior to joining Metro Supply Chain, Fenton was a managing director and member of the executive team of Wincanton Plc, a UK supply chain solutions company. Fenton holds a degree in International Transport from Cardiff University and an MBA from The University of Warwick. (cj)
