Maurice Unck to succeed Bob van Ierland
Post NL has appointed Maurice Unck as director of mail services in the Netherlands, effective 1 January 2024. Unk will also join the company’s executive committee.
Unck is currently general manager and CEO of RET, a public transport company serving the Rotterdam region. His previous positions have included director of business and product development at Dutch national railways NS. He was a member of the NS board before joining RET.
Unck will succeed Bob van Ierland, who has held operational and commercial roles - both domestic and international - at Post NL since 2002. He joined Post NL’s executive committee in 2017. After 21 years at Post NL, van Ierland decided to continue his career outside the company. (cj)
