Marlink opens six new regional centres
Marlink is expanding its global service network with new regional centres in Houston, Bratislava, Athens, Dubai, Singapore, and Tokyo, offering round-the-clock support every day to better serve the growing demand for digital solutions in the maritime, energy, and offshore markets.
This expansion addresses customer needs in the digitalisation process, providing expertise in connectivity, managed networks, cloud access, cybersecurity, IoT, and applications. By adopting a localised approach, Marlink aims to improve operational relationships and customer support.
Additionally, Marlink is enhancing its second level maritime network operations centre in Bratislava to 24x7 coverage, aligning with services in Norway and Manila, ensuring quicker response times and a single point of contact.
Tore Morten Olsen, president of Maritime, emphasised the importance of dedicated expertise to support the digitalisation of these industries and reaffirmed Marlink's commitment to improving customer support for complex digital operations. (pb)
