Marguisa Atlantic is born
Danish shipping company United Marguisa Lines (UML) and Dutch charterer Sa Di Chartering have founded a new entity in the multipurpose sector, particularly for players involved in the trade of bulk, general and project cargo. Marguisa Atlantic will operate joint services within the Atlantic Basin.
The new company will be headed by managing directors Sander Menten and Dirk de Bruin. They commented: “We feel confident that can be an important addition to the group and expand further within the Atlantic Basin, where the focus will be on the geared vessels between 5,000 - 55,000 mt dwt.” (sh)
