Mammoth opens the door
Four years after having begun to design, develop, convert and support the development of passenger to freighter conversions, Mammoth Freighters has reached another major milestone in its 777 passenger-to-freighter conversion programme with the completion of the door cutting on Avia AM Leasing’s first B777-300ER.
The subsidiary of the Avia Solutions Group is the launch customer for the 777-300ERMF type, with an order of six conversions in total. Currently, Mammoth has two Avia AM Leasing B777-300ER aircraft on site at its modification partner facility, Aspire MRO, based in Fort Worth, TX.
