Magnolia Award goes to Nippon Express

Tatsuo Sugiyama (left), managing executive officer and regional general manager of Nippon Express, East Asia Region has received the Magnolia Award from the Shanghai municipal people's government at a presentation ceremony, 16 September.

Since 1989, the Magnolia Award has been given annually to foreign residents of Shanghai who have helped advance exchange and cooperation with the city and contributed to Shanghai's socioeconomic development.

Indeed, Nippon Express contributed to Shanghai through many ways, before as well as during the coronavirus pandemic, for example through its provision of BCP-compatible solutions and transport/storage of masks and other medical equipment. (amh)
