Macs changes its terminal in Antwerp

Hamburg (Germany)-based Maritime Carrier Shipping (Macs), which was founded in 1970 and which operates services for Africa, has changed its terminal in Antwerp (Belgium).

The new terminal Zuidnatie Breakbulk has a quay length of 1,400 m. Zuidnatie’s staff can handle the entire portfolio of Macs cargo, may it be dry bulk, steel cargo, project cargo, heavy lift or any kind of container including reefer units or special equipment like flat racks or over-height open top containers. Five port mobile cranes will be available.

As from 1 June 2019, all Macs vessels will be processed at Zuidnatie Breakbulk. The first vessel to call will be “MV Golden Karoo”. (kd)
