Logix Initiative expands board
Logix, a logistics real estate initiative, is strengthening its honorary board of directors and gaining Dirk Landrock, owner of Phase 5, an architectural and planning office, and Janine Zimmermann, head of logistics at Drees & Sommer, as new members. Both will contribute their expertise to spread the work of the board over more shoulders. The Logix board thus grows from six to eight members.
Landrock, who is an architect, is co-founder of Phase 5. Before that, he worked for several years as a project manager in the company and has been managing director since 2006.
Zimmermann is a civil engineer. After holding positions as project manager as well as project partner at Drees & Sommer Leipzig, she has served as head of logistics since 2017. (cj)
