Logicor: first prime logistics site in Gothenburg
Logicor has acquired a prime logistics site measuring 11,400 sqm in Backa as part of its drive to expand in the Swedish market. The former industrial site is located 6 km from central Gothenburg, providing excellent connections to cities such as Stockholm, Oslo, and Copenhagen, allowing for easy distribution to the Swedish and Nordic markets.
This latest addition follows the acquisition of a site in Rosersberg, Sweden, earlier this year, and adds to the 1.7million sqm of assets Logicor owns or manages in the Nordic region.
The site will be developed to high environmental standards, targeting Breeam Excellent certification, with construction expected to begin in Q1/2024.
