LMR now spelt Grammer Logistics
The US corporation Grammer Logistics has purchased the company Logistics Management Resources (LMR), based in Baton Rouge LA. LMR specialises in serving the chemicals, industrial gases and related industries.
Grammer Logistics itself is a portfolio company of Stellex Capital Management and of Mill Rock Capital. LMR has been providing 3PL logistics services since 1981 and also offers a TMS platform.
LMR’s staff and management of LMR will remain with the company, including LMR’s president and CEO, Heston Hodges, who will lead Grammer’s transportation management division. Grammer Logistics now has more than 20 facilities near major chemical production hubs in USA. (sh)
