Linking air and road in APAC
Love is in the air - also for Geodis that is currently expanding its own operated air cargo network with three other intra-Asia Pacific (APAC) flight routes.
Via its new hub in Kuala Lumpur, the logistics operator will link the air services with its road network in southeast Asia.
The expanded flight network, which spans from Hong Kong, Chennai, Sydney and Shanghai to Kuala Lumpur, can carry an additional 320 t of cargo weekly. The new flights aim at transporting consolidated shipments across Asia including goods from manufacturing sites in China, Malaysia and Vietnam to transit via the Kuala Lumpur hub. (sh)
