Leschaco rebrands Colombian aquisitions
Leschaco is renaming four of five Colombian subsidiaries following its takeover of Coltrans. As of 1 July, the company’s subsidiaries will be rebranded as follows: Coltrans will operate under Leschaco Colombia, Coldepositos Logistica will turn into Leschaco Logistica, Coldepositos Bodega Nacional will become Leschaco Bodega Nacional, and Colotm will be Leschaco OTM. Its fifth subsidiary, Colmas, is set to be rebranded in 2025.
After acquiring Coltrans in late 2022, Lechaso is now looking to expand its network in the Colombian market. "By integrating these entities under a unified brand identity, we are strengthening our presence in one of the most dynamic markets in Latin America,” says Constantin Conrad, CEO of the Leschaco Group.
