Leadership changes at Post NL
Herna Verhagen has decided to step down as CEO of Post NL after the annual general meeting of shareholders on 15 April 2025, when she will formally hand over her responsibilities and duties to Pim Berendsen, the current CFO.
This choice reflects Post NL’s commitment to stability and continuity in strengthening its position in the e-commerce and postal services sector, by ensuring a distinctive customer experience.
The supervisory board (SB) appointed Berendsen as CEO after careful consideration, whereby the close and longstanding collaboration between Verhagen and Berendsen played an important role.
The SB has made good progress on the procedure for appointing a new, female CFO and member of the board of management. It aims to announce a nomination shortly, to give Berendsen the opportunity to onboard the new CFO before April of next year. (cj)
