Larger freighters for Logic Paq
Logic Paq has taken delivery of its first B737-800F. The company, a specialist for air and sea freight based in the Dominican Republic, is planning to serve Miami with four B737-800F from two points of departure, i.e. from Santo Domingo itself and, in partnership with its affiliated airline Sky Cana, from San José, the capital of Costa Rica.
Frank Díaz, CEO of the two companies, says: "With these aircraft, we are in the forefront for fast deliveries of cargo to and from the Dominican Republic."
B737-800 freighters have a capacity of 24 t - almost four times more than the ATR 72-200 freighters, the first of which Logic Paq received in June 2021 to meet demand for cargo transport in the Caribbean region. (ah)
