KWE's new blue box

Kintetsu World Express China has established a new air import warehouse in Shanghai. It is located in a corner of the No 1 customs supervision area, just 3 km from Shanghai Pudong airport. The new warehouse, called the ‘KWE Blue Box’ (KBX), covers about 9,000 sqm.

Freight that arrives at Shanghai Pudong, except for special items such as dangerous goods or refrigerated cargo, begins import customs clearance once it has been confirmed to have arrived in a forwarder’s warehouse inside the customs supervision area, after forwarding from the airline warehouse.
